Paanagam recipe
Ingredients
Jaggery - 2 tsp
Water - 1 cup
Dry ginger - 1 pinch crushed
Elaachi - 1no. Crushed
Edible camphor - 1 pinch
Method
In a cup, add water and jaggery, mix well, filter it and remove the dirt if any.
On the filter jaggery water, add dry ginger powder, elaachi and edible camphor and mix well.
Serve it and enjoy a cool healthy drink!!
