Paal paayasam
Ingredients
Milk - 1 litre
Raw rice - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1 cup or adjust according to ur preference
Ghee - 1 tbsp
Method
Dry roast the rice till it turns reddish.
Cook the rice and mash well.
In a Kadai, add ghee and milk and boil in medium flame.
Boil till it turns reaches thick consistency or reduces into half quantity.
Now add sugar and mix well.
Once the sugar get dissolved well, add mashed rice.
Boil for 10-20 mins in low flame and let it all come together and reach thick consistency.
Now our paal paayasam is ready. Serve it hot or refrigerate it and serve it cold. You can also serve it with cut banana pieces on top.
