Paal theratipaal from churned milk
Ingredients
Milk - 1 litre (churned)
Sugar 1 cup
Ghee - 1 tsp
Method
Remove the excess water and keep the panneer aside from the churned milk.
In a Kadai, add the panneer we got from churned milk, sugar and keep stirring till it turns thick. Once it turns semi solid, add ghee and keep stirring.
Once it turns thick, turns off the flame and serve it hot.
You can also refrigerate it and serve it cold.
