Kuzhi paniaaram from dosa batter
Ingredients
Dosa batter - 2 cups
Onions - 1 no (finely chopped)
Green chillies - 2 no.s (finely chopped)
Coconut - 1tbsp (finely chopped)
Curry leaves - 1 tbsp (finely chopped)
Gingali oil - to temper and fry
Ginger - 1 tsp (finely chopped)
Musturd - 1 tsp
Jeera - 1 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Method
In bowl, add the leftover Dosa batter, onions, green chillies, coconut, curry leaves, ginger and salt.
Mix well.
In a Kadai, heat 1 tsp oil, musturd and jeera, let them splutter well and add this into the batter mixture. Mix well
Heat the paniaaram pan, add 1 spoon of gingali oil into each wholes or moulds followed by the batter mixture. Let it cook for 1 min in a medium flame and turn the paniaarams upright and cook well for another minute. Add oil if required.
Once u finish cooking paniaarams, serve them hot with spicy chutney and masala tea or freshly brewed coffee ❤
