Cashew pulav methi pulav 

Ingredients 
Rice - 1 cup (cooked) 
Bay leaves - 1
Cinnamon - 1
Elaachi - 1 
Cloves - 1 
Onions - 1 
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp 
Green chillies - 1 no. 
Cashew - 1/2 cup 
Ghee - 1/2 tbsp 
Kasuri methi - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste

Method 

In a Kadai, add ghee, all the while spices, green chillies and cashew. Fry well till the cashew turn golden brown,now add ginger garlic paste and onions and cook well. 

Now add Kasuri methi and keep stirring for 5 mins in low flame. 

Now add cooked rice, salt and mix well. 

Serve this hot with spicy gravy or a simple raitha.
