Rava veg uthappams


Rava uthappams 

Ingredients 

Dosa batter - 1 cup 

Or 

Curd - 1/2 cup 

Rava - 1 cup 
Salt - to taste 
Oil - to cook


Idly chilli powder - to sprinkle 
Onions - 1 (finely chopped) 
Tomatoes - 1 (finely chopped) 
Green chillies - 1 (finely chopped) 
Carrot - 1 (finely chopped) 
Coriander leaves - handful  (finely chopped) 


In bowl, add Dosa batter or curd, rava and salt. Make it into idly batter consistency by adding water if required. 
Let the batter rest for 15 mins. 

Now pour the batter and spread into a think Dosa, sprinkle all the Vegs and idly chilli powder and add oil to cook. 

Once it gets cooked at one side, turn it upright and cook well. 
See through that u don't burn the vegs. 

Serve this uthappams with any spicy chutney of your choice.
