Gobi 65 (a) Gobi pakoda 

Ingredients - Gobi (2 cups) (cut into florets) 
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp 
Green chillies - 1 tsp (finely chopped) 
Coriander leaves - handful 
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp 
Aamchur powder - 1 tsp 
Dhanya powder - 1/2 tsp 
Jeera powder - 1/2 tsp 
Rice flour - 4 tbsp or as required to coat 
Garam masala - 1 tsp 
Salt - to taste 
Oil - to fry 
Turmeric powder - 1 pinch 

Method 

In a Kadai, add water and turmeric powder, let it boil. Once it boils well, add the gobi and close it with a lid. Let it get blanched for 5 mins. Now remove the gobi and check if there is any dirt or worms in the florets and clean. Wash well and keep it aside. 

In bowl, add all the spices, salt and rice flour. Make it into a mixture. 

Add the cleaned florets into the mixture and coat well. Add water if required while coating. See through each and every florets get coated well. 

Now heat the oil and add the coated florets into the oil. Remove them once it gets crispy and color gets changed into golden brown. 

You can serve this with tomato sauce or mayonnaise or by sprinkling coriander leaves and onions on it.
