Curry leaves powder rice
Ingredients
Curry leaves - 1 cup
Channa dal - 1 tbsp
Jeera - 2 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Red chillies - 3
Thoor dal - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Asafortida - 1 pinch
Oil - 2 tsp
Rice - 1 cup
In kadai, add each ingredient and dry roast well.
Add the ingredients into a mixie jar and powder well by adding salt.
In a Kadai heat the oil and add rice with the powder and mix well.
Keep mixing well without rice getting mashy.
Now our curry leaves powder rice is ready and can be served with boondhi raitha or pappad of your choice.
