Cheese stuffed paaties



Cheese stuffed aloo paaties and double cheese roti wrap❤

Ingredients 

Onions - 1 (chopped finely) 
Green chillies - 1 
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Potato - 1 cup (boiled)
Peas - 1/2 cup (boiled) 
Coriander leaves - handful 
Oil - 2 tsp
Cheese - 2 sheets 
Roti - 2 no.s
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Ghee - 2 tsp


Spices 
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
Chaat masala - 2 tsp
Aamchur powder - 1 tsp 
Dhanya powder - 1/2 tsp 
Jeera powder - 1 tsp 
Garam masala - 1 tsp 
Salt - 1 tsp 


Method 

In kadai, add oil, onions, ginger garlic paste and all spices. Once the raw flavour vanishes and onions get cooked, add potatoes and peas mix well. 

Smash well and keep mixing. 

Cut the cheese into small pieces. 

Once the mixture cools down, add coriander leaves, make it into small balls and stuff the cheese in the balls. 

Now shape the balls into paaties and coat them with bread crumbs and cook them on pan by adding ghee. You can serve this paaties with sauce. 

If you have roti or left over roti, spread mayonnaise and cheese, place the paaties in the roti and close. 
Toast well in a sandwich maker or pan and serve it hot.
