Mango kesari ❤



Ingredients 


Sooji rava - 1 cup
Mango - 1 cup (chopped finely)
Water - 1.5 cup
Sugar - 1cup or as per ur preference
Ghee - 2 tsp
Dry fruits - 2 tsp
Elaachi - 1 tsp
Saffron - 1 pinch 


Method
In a Kadai, heat 1 tsp of ghee, add dry fruits, roast it well. Add sooji rava and roast well and keep it aside.
In a Kadai, add water, saffron and let it boil.
Now add mangoes and mix well.
Once it starts boiling, add the roasted sooji rava - dry fruits mixture. Keep stirring to avoid burning.
Once it becomes thick, add sugar and elaachi and keep stirring.
Once it becomes thick, add balance ghee and turn off the flame.
Serve it hot.
You can also refrigerate it and use it for 2 days by reheating it before having.
