Vaazhakka Mezhukku peratti 
Ingredients 
Vaazhakka (raw banana) - 1 cup 
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Coconut oil - 2 tsp 
Musturd - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste 
Method 
Parboil the bananas.

In a Kadai, add oil, musturd and let it splutter. 
Add boiled bananas, salt and turmeric powder to it. 
Keep mixing till it turns to be dry.

Once it turns to be dry, convert it into a vessel. 
Serve it with any spicy dish.
