Potato chips



Potato chips 
Ingredients 
Potatoes - 1 cup (thinly sliced)
Oil - to fry 
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Salt - to taste 
Method 
Wash the sliced potatoes thrice and spread it in a cloth or paper. 
See through that it gets dried but doesn't get oxidized. 
Heat the oil and add the dried potatoes in medium flame.

Let it get fried and turn crispy. Now take out the fried the chips and spread it in a tissue paper. 
Once the excess oil gets removed, put the fried chips in a bowl or a box. 
Add salt and chilli powder and give a nice toss. 
Store this in a air tight container.
