Panneer making for curries
Ingredients
Milk - 1 litre
Lemon - 1
Curd - 1/2 cup
Water - 2 cup
Method
In a vessel, pour the milk and heat it well.
Once the milk boils, add curd, lemon essence and keep mixing gradually.
Once the milk turns into panneer, filter it and freeze for 30 mins. Drain all the water.
Now once it becomes thick and strong, add water and wash well.
Now ur panneer is ready.
Note: This is particularly for curries, not sweets.
