Kovakka fry



Kovakkai kaara upperi or poduthuval or Thoran 
Ingredients 
Ivvy gourd (kovakkai) - 1 cup (chopped) 
Gingali oil - 2 tsp 
Red chillies powder - 2 tsp 
Salt - to taste 
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Mustard - 1 tsp

Method 
In a Kadai, add oil, musturd. Let it splutter. 
Now add kovakkai, turmeric powder and sprinkle water. Let it get cooked well. 
Once the water get drained and it gets cooked well, add salt and chilli powder to it. 
Cook well till the raw flavor of the red chillies vanishes. 
Serve it hot with any of the spiceless dish.
