Kadai panneer

Kadai panneer 
Ingredients 
Basic onion-tomato paste - cup 
Panneer - 3/4 cup 
Capsicum - 1/2 cup 
Onions - 1/2 cup 
Red chilli powder - 1 tsp 
Pepper powder - 1tsp (optional) 
Kasuri methi - 2 tsp 
Bay leaves - 1 no. 
Fresh cream - 1 tsp (optional) 
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp (homemade) 
Corianderleaves - handful 
Butter - 2/3tbsp

Method 
I used fresh homemade panneer. If you are using packet panneer, add the panneer to hot water and let it rest till it turns soft.

In a Kadai, add butter, red chilli powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder and mix well.
Add bay leaves, onions capsicum. Let the raw flavors vanish. 
Now add the tomato-onion paste, water, salt and keep mixing.
Once the oil comes out, add panneer and let it get cooked well. Crush the Kasuri methi with u l your palms and add it to this mixture. 
Add Garam masala, fresh cream and coriander leaves once the panneer gets cooked well.
