Jeera dhanya powder 
Ingredients 
Jeera - 2 cup 
Dhanya - 1 cup

Method 
In a Kadai, add jeera and roast it till the color changes slightly. 
Convert it into a mixie jar.

In the same Kadai, add dhanya and roast it until the fragrance comes out and the seeds turns little brown. 
Add this to the same jar. 
Grind them together into a fine powder. 
Store it in an airtight container. 
Note: 
The mixie jar should be dry. The container used for storage should be completely dry for longer storage duration. 
I make these kind of powders at home rather than buying from outside. 
Use this powder for rasam, rice, gravies, stuffing or curries and Vegs.
