Amla pickle 
Ingredients 
Gingali oil - 4 tsp 
Amla - 5 no.s.(boiled and seed removed) 
Red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Asafortida - 1 tsp 
Salt - to taste 
Fenugreek powder - 1 tsp 
Jaggery - 1 tsp 
Musturd - 1 tsp 
Method 
In a kadai, add oil, musturd and let it splutter. 
Add all the powders and amla. 
Let it get cooked well. 
Once the skin of amla shrinks, add jaggery and give a mix. 
Store it in a glass jar. 
Give a mix on daily mix to avoid the pickle from get ruined.
