Aloo Paratha


Aloo Pudhina Paratha 


Ingredients 



For stuffing 

Potato - 1 cup (boiled) 
Onion - 1/2 cup (finely chopped) 
Pudhina - handful (chopped) 
Green chillies - 2 tsp (chopped)
Salt - to taste 
Dry mango powder - 1 tsp (optional) 
Geera Dhanya powder - 2 tsp (fresh) 



For dough 

Wheat flour - 2 cup 
Warm - water 
Gingali oil - 2 tsp 
Salt - to taste 
Ghee - 2tsp (to cook Paratha) 




Method 

In a bowl, add wheat flour, salt, Gingali oil and mix well. 

Add water and make a good soft dough. 

Shape it into small balls and keep it aside.

In a bowl, add boiled potatoes, and remaining ingredients mentioned under stuffing and mix well. 

Now spread the wheat balls like mini chappathi and place the stuffing and close it and make it like ball. 

Spread it again by pressing with palms. 
Add ghee to the tawa and cook the Paratha well.

I served the paratha with ginger-mango pickle, onion raitha and onion-tomato thokku.
