Cheese Paratha




Stuffed cheese Paratha 2 types 
Ingredients 
Chappathi dough - 4 balls 
Type 1 
Cheese - 1/4 cup 
Pudhina - hand full (finely chopped) 
Green chillies - 1 tsp (finely chopped) 
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp (optional) 
Type 2 
Cheese - 1/4 cup 
Red chilli flakes - 1 tsp 
Garlic - 2 tsp (finely chopped) 
Method 
In a bowl add all the mentioned under the type 1 and mix well. 
Take 2 chappathi balls and spread them like chappathis. 
Place the cheese mixture on one chappathi and place another chappathi on top of this. See through that u seal it thoroughly and cook it on the tawa. (I didn't use oil or ghee while cooking but u can use if u wish to) 
Like wise do the type 2 paratha too with the ingredients mentioned under type 2 by following the same steps. 
Your cheesy Parathas are ready to be served. 
Serve it hot to enjoy the melting cheese!
