Vanilla ice cream


Vanilla  ice cream 


Ingredients 

Fresh cream - 1 cup 
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp 
Sugar - 1/4 cup 
Milk - 1/4 cup 


Method 


In a bowl, add all the ingredients one by one and beat it well. You can also use mixer jar instead of beater for minute or 2.

Now the mixture would have a creamy texture. 
Refrigerate in the freezer for 2-3 hrs.
Remove from freezer and beat it again.
Transfer this mixture to a container and refrigerate for 5-7 hrs. 
Serve it cool with toppings of your choice.
