Mango ice cream 


Ingredients 

Fresh cream - 1 cup 
Mango - 1/2 cup 
Sugar - 1/4 cup (adjust according to the sweetness of mango) 
Milk - 1/8 cup 


Method 

In a mixer jar, add mangoes (chopped), sugar and milk and make it into a thick pulp. 
In a bowl, add the fresh cream and grounded paste and beat it well. You can also use mixer jar instead of beater for minute or 2.

Now the mixture would have a creamy texture. 
Transfer this mixture to a container and refrigerate for 5-7 hrs. 
Serve it cool with toppings of your choice.
