Perfect Chappathi dough





Preparing perfect chappathi dough is an art and if the dough is perfect, chappathi turns to be perfect! 
Perfect chappathi dough

Ingredients 
Wheat flour - 2 cup 
Water - as required 
Gingali oil - 2 tsp 
Salt - to taste 
Method 
Heat the water and keep it aside 
In a bowl add wheat flour, salt and mix well. 
Now the water which is in look warm temperature with the help of a tbsp and keep mixing.

Once we get a sticky still dough like consistency, add oil and mix well.

Rub the dough in such a way that the oil added into the dough should get into each particles. 
U can stop rubbing once it comes together as a whole without any lumps or when the oil get spread naturally into ur palm.

Let the dough rest for 10-30mins.

Note: 
Do not make the dough wait for longer duration of period. Do not keep it inside the refrigerator. I always prefer to cook everything fresh. Also I normally prefer wheat comparatively to Maida.
