Lemon rice πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Ingredients: 
Raw rice - 1cup boiled 
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Gingali oil - 2tsp 
Curry leaves - few 
Green chillies - 2 no.s
Mustard - 1 tsp 
Urad dal - 1/2 tsp 
Channa dal - 1tsp 
Cashews - 4 no.s 
Salt - to taste 
Lemon juice - 2 tsp

Method: 
Add mustard once the oil gets heated.

Add Urad dal, Channa dal, cashews, green chillies and curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt. 
Now once the raw smell of the ingredients added vanishes, add cooked rice to it and mix well.

See through that it doesn't stick to the pan and add lemon juice once the rice cools down. 
Note: When u cook the rice, concentrate on the consistency. 
Lemon rice is simple and good for health too. This is presented to God as prasaadham too and is very spl during festive seasons like pongal.
