Recipe
Ingredients
Sooji rava - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Dosa batter - 1 cup
Salt - to taste
Water - as required
For tempering
Green chillies - 3 tsp (finely chopped)
Curry leaves - handful
Jeera - 1 tsp
Musturd - 1 tsp
Gingali oil - 4 tsp
Method
Add rava, wheat flour, dosa batter, water and make it into a perfect watery batter.
Now in a fry pan, heat 2 tsp of oil, musturd, jeera, Curry leaves, green chillies and let them splutter.
Add this to the batter and mix well.
Now add salt if required and mix well.
In the dosa tawa pour the batter as shown in the video.
