Filter Coffee decocotion


Coffee is something very special and weird too.. For few coffee is mandatory, for few coffee is energy booster, for few coffee is love, for few coffee is love and for few coffee is divine.. Here comes the authentic filter coffee decoction preparation in detail... Choosing the perfect coffee powder is very important. Coffee powder should be in its correct composition of p-berry and chicory! 
At my home, we use coffee powder without chicory since we prefer it be so. Especially my mom is intolerant to chicory and the blend. 
We use Leo coffee powder pure p-berry presently for few years before which we were using Vivekananda and coffee day. 
Let's go to the preparation of decoction

Ingredients 
Filter coffee powder - 3 tbsp
Water - 1.5 cup 
Method 
First take the upper part of the filter which will have many holes in it which filters and gives the decoction. 
Now heat the upper part of the filter in the flame directly for 8 seconds. 
This makes the holes clear and there will be no blockages. 
Now place the upper part if the filter on top of the bottom part.

Heat the water till medium sized bubbles starts to come

Now add the coffee powder to the upper part of the coffee filter.

Pour the hot water with the help of tbsp by adding the water slowly. 
Close the same with lid immediately after pouring the water. 
Note : 
Water shouldn't be added altogether at a time and water should be the in above mentioned criteria for which we should add coffee powder while the water gets heated simultaneously.
