Yellu urundai

Ingredients 
Jaggery syrup - paag padham -1/2cup
Sesame seeds - 100g 
Method 
Add the sesame seeds into a Kadai, dry roast it. 
In the hot jaggery syrup and mix for a while. 
Make balls from the mixture before it cools down! 
Note: No sugar or any other decorative or innovative ingredients should be added!

Yellu urundai thogaiyal

Ingredients 
Commonly tempered ingredients - 2tsp
Coconut - 3 tbsp
Tamerind extract (diluted) - 3 tsp
Salt - to taste 
Yellu urundai - 1no. 
Ginger - 2 tsp 
Curry leaves - 8 no.s 
Method 
Grind the above mentioned ingredients by adding them one by one

No water should be added

Make sure you get thick consistency and nice texture. 
Thogaiyal ready.
